Viomar Holdings is proud to have sponsored the Association of Jamaican Nationals (AJN) Local Heroes and Be Inspired Youth Gala and Awards Ceremony 2024.  The AJN, a community-focused organisation, is committed to empowering young people through mentoring, skills training, and supportive initiatives aimed at fostering success and positive social change.

The annual gala brought together community leaders and local heroes dedicated to making a difference. This year’s event celebrated the achievements of young individuals who have contributed meaningfully to their communities.

As part of the evening’s programme, Shaun Sookoo, CEO of Viomar Holdings, had the opportunity to speak and shared insights from his own business journey encouraging attendees to focus on growth and resilience, stating, “Success is rarely a straight line. It’s about staying committed, learning from every setback, and surrounding yourself with people who believe in your vision.” His words echoed AJN’s core mission of inspiring self-belief and determination within Birmingham’s youth.
