Shaun Sookoo, CEO of Viomar Holdings, recently had the honour of attending an inspiring event at the House of Commons as part of the Black In Business Initiative, hosted by Channel 4 and Lloyds Bank. Reflecting on the experience, Shaun remarked, “I can’t say I’ve been invited to a business event at the House of Commons before! Big thanks to Lloyds Bank Business & Commercial and Channel 4 for hosting such an inspiring event.”

The event celebrated five exceptional businesses that won over £100k worth of advertising on mainstream TV, showcasing the remarkable achievements and potential of Black entrepreneurs. Sookoo shared his admiration, saying, “It’s always a pleasure to be in a room full of so much amazing talent.”

He also extended his respect to Channel 4 and Lloyds Bank for their genuine commitment to supporting Black-owned businesses.  Shaun’s participation in this prestigious event underscores the increasing awareness that Viomar  organisations are attracting within the business community and highlights the ongoing efforts to foster a more inclusive environment for Black entrepreneurs.
